Urology Physician Position:

　　Full time Employed position with competitive salary (45 weeks per year at 36 clinical hours per week)

　　Would consider part-time or flexible schedule

　　7 weeks allotted for vacation, holidays, CME and personal time off

　　Average 300 outpatient visits30 surgeries per month

　　Physician employment with UPMC Cole is typically an initial agreement for a 36-month term and contains reasonable non-compete and confidentiality terms. Cole Memorial uses the latest annual MGMA Physician Production and Compensation Survey to establish guaranteed base annual compensation and Medicare Work RVUs to establish productivity bonus targets. In most cases, UPMC Cole’s offer of compensation is based on the median but will depend on other aspects affecting total cash compensation and experience.

　　A commencement bonus, retention bonus or combination of both is negotiable. Bonuses are aligned with UPMC Cole’s quality goals.
