About Business Continuity Specialist

　　The Business Continuity Specialist reports directly to the Director of Emergency Management & Business Continuity. The position is responsible for conducting business continuity planning for Syracuse University as an enterprise, assisting Syracuse University divisions and departments in crafting plans at the local level, developing and conducting business continuity exercises accordingly to increase the University's resiliency and recover from an incident more efficiently, managing database(s) to ensure data is up-to-date, and assisting with accreditation efforts of Campus Safety and Emergency Management Services.
