This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As a Senior Manager, Brand Planning & Analysis, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Brands team reporting to Director, Brand Innovation & Planning, you will provide consultative support on articulating, substantiating, and operationalizing brand strategy and centralized planning tools to the Global Brand and Commercial Services (GBCS) organization.

What your day-to-day will be like:
Support the elevation of strategic brand capabilities at Hilton and the GBC organization’s core priorities through the creation of scalable processes, programming, and resourcing against market dynamics to ensure continuous improvement for all customers across all metrics.Evaluate business opportunities and review existing programs and products through desktop market analysis, financial evaluation, and fit with Hilton.Conduct brand intelligence analysis of existing global or cross-brand programs and their impact to our owner communities.How you will collaborate with others:
Support annual planning/financial processes by partnering with leaders and cross-functional partners.Provide support to GBC leaders to establish special strategic projects, partner on potential business opportunities, and assist with business cases.What projects you will take ownership of:
Create centralized processes (such as Hilton’s project management approach) to help the organization be efficient and clear on accountability and priorities.Build toolkits that enable departments to approach business challenges with common language, qualitative and quantitative approaches, and structure.WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Five (5) years in a global matrixed organization with a focus on hospitality, corporate strategy, or management consultingThree (3) years working on strategic projects and initiatives - ability to start with a blank slate and deliver clear and concise work productsAbility to travel<10%It would be useful if you have:
