　　Let’s Get Started:

　　Contracting & Sourcing : Accountable for the E2E operational data setup, management, and improvement journey for SCCP Capital Projects data. This position will interface with multiple stakeholders across Capital Projects including the e2e natural partners outside SC/CP e.g. ORCSU, IT, TAO, etc. The candidate must inspire a large community and demonstrate effective leadership skills for a virtual community, particularly to the Project Engineering community and his/her immediate project leads’ team.

　　Project Management Capability: Pl He/she must work with respective stakeholders within and outside Capital Projects to develop and operate accurate and reliable procurement and supply chain data that enable Projects to be built and handed over to asset operations effectively and efficiently. He/she will lead the CP Data community where data can be relied upon to operate the business processes and ultimately enable the digitalization of these processes. This role reports to the CP Manager Data Projects, and the wider CP Data Extended Leadership Team (CP Data XLT). The role is integral to ensuring the delivery of the Data Strategy in partnership with CP Data Excellence.

　　Deal Making/Negotiations : Effectively drive strategy and lead cross-functional negotiations based on the analysis of the stakeholder landscape and drive total cost reductions for the business. This includes streamlining ways of working & project portfolio support while maintaining relationships.

　　Commercial Acumen: Drive cost improvement through a relentless execution focus and a sustainable cost reset by having strong future-proof data in Projects that enable the SC digitalization ambition .

　　Business Partnering: Work with Business Stakeholders to understand and enable the critical end-to-end data for the project's Supply Chain. In addition, build highly collaborative relationships, ensuring that CP Data executes as part of an integrated CP plan for the business.

　　Operations Excellence & Compliance: Ensure Data Quality (Right First Time, Data is Trusted) in place and embed the right Data Culture across partners. Demonstrate contribution to overall supply chains by creating capacity through automation to take on more complex value-driven work. Utilize Continuous Improvement initiatives to deliver efficiency improvements through step changes.

　　Capability Building : Develop CP Data Operations staff as ‘motivated entrepreneurs’ and ensure strong business connectivity, leading from the front while empowering staff and creating a One CP approach. Enable people to succeed by removing barriers to performance, providing development opportunities, addressing underperformance, and rewarding success.

　　Demonstrated ability to work across a matrix organization to deliver transformative outcomes.

　　Track record of working in Capital Projects, or Data, or with familiarity with CP will be an advantage.
