The Leadership team is looking for its newest member!
Core responsibilities
Personal assistant for the General Manager
Calendar and inbox management
Supports in daily management duties i.e. reporting, travel booking , purchasing, preparation of meeting materials
Member of the Leadership team (LT) and regular interaction with the team members
Drives LT Agenda
Attends in LT meetings, responsible for note taking, capturing actions and following up on LT tasks accordingly
Event Management – planning and organizing internal and external meetings and workshops
Supports Global Core Processes
Opportunity to participate in ad-hoc projects
Editing presentations and reports
Travelling with LT to manufacturing sites outside Hungary
Do you have what it takes?
Preferable bachelor degree or above
Proven experience as executive assistant or in any administrative field
Proficiency in English both written and spoken
Knowledge of multiple stakeholder management
Advanced Microsoft Skills -with focus onTeams, Word,Excel and PowerPoint
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization
Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on opportunities
Excellent time management and attention to detail in a fast paced environment with the ability to work autonomously
Teammate mentality and good communication skills
Advanced problem solving and decision making skills
