JOB SUMMARY: The Business Analytics Project Specialist is responsible for performing specific duties that support the overall success of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and other sales/business applications. The Business Analytics Project Specialist will provide support to the sales, marketing, and tech teams with continual trainings, updates, and new feature requests. The Business Analytics Project Specialist will also be responsible for improving the integrity of the data in the CRM system and processes and other business applications.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):
• Implementing new features, providing trainings to our internal and external teams, and overall administration of our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and other sales/business applications
• Assist in developing an overall CRM strategy/road map in coordination with the sales leadership team and providing them with regular updates on progress/results
• Maximizing the efficiency of the CRM data processing and usage, and improving user experience and implementation
• Working with the global sales teams to ensure data is updated on a regular basis, including but not limited to, tracking complex customer relationships, sales opportunities, leads, samples and quotes • Working with the Marketing Communications Department to effectively and efficiently managing lead follow-up to maximize return on investment on marketing campaigns
• Staying abreast of evolving media technologies and practices, as well as identifying and acquiring new skills required to leverage developments in technology
• Demonstrating team player attitude and approach with internal and external customers, across cultures, regions, and countries
• Identifying deadlines and manage workload accordingly, including prioritizing tasks, and coordinating and communicating activities with the internal and external teams
• Attending trainings as needed or assigned
• Coordinating frequent virtual meetings with co-workers around the world to include meetings/phone calls in the evenings and/or mornings to accommodate the timezone differences.
• Performing other duties and special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, business administration, communications, marketing, or other related field
• Prior CRM and/or other Business Application administration experience preferred but not required
• Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask
• Must have great analytical skills, solid communication skills, and be a good collaborator
• Experience with project management tools is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and make basic decisions regarding routine tasks
• Good thinker, and not afraid of asking questions and welcomes feedback
• Excellent command of the English language is required
• Availability for frequent evening and early morning work to accommodate the timezone differences
• Excellent personal computer skills
• High level of knowledge with Microsoft Excel and Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Apps and PowerBI is a plus
• Ability to develop an understanding of Indium Corporation customers, products and services
• Provide own source of transportation for any local/day travel, including travel between Indium Corporation facilities

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.
