　　We are looking for an experienced business analyst support who would be responsible for maintaining/refreshing WBRs and other analytical frameworks setup by senior analysts. They would also be required to build simple reports, take up dive deep requests, make changes to existing analytical frameworks, provide adhoc data support to Ops stakeholders and carry out data-related assignments while adhering to the standard operating procedures of an existing/new operational cadence. The person should have a good understanding of a business requirement and the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular reporting/BI/data issue, and draft solutions for resolution. The ideal candidate would be high on attention to detail, bias for action and interest in analytics/BI/automation and is able to interface with diverse set of stakeholders.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, dashboards that will support business needs

　　Provide data support for program manager projects and ad-hoc requests

　　Continually improve ongoing reporting and processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for stakeholders

　　Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes

　　Collaborate with engineering teams and partner BIE teams to acquire new data from production systems or between databases

　　Basic Qualifications

　　1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience

　　Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level

　　Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL

　　Bachelor's degree

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions

　　1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
