　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　Proactively engage with all client supply chain function stakeholders to make sure the right and consistent understanding of business needs and knowledge* Analyze and document business processes, study/research new process requests, and create processes flow diagrams

　　Provide consulting services, communicate and coordinate with business user, gather, validate, and document business requirements of various supply chain function, refine requirements and translation requirements into IT technical solutions

　　Act as IT subject matter expert in multi projects of client Supply Chain. Be in charge of the IT relevant tasks and work streams.

　　Act as business system analyst, establish project to make consulted IT solution happen and support project in intake phase, which is under the guidance of project methodology

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or relevant.

　　3 years working experience in IT business consultant or BSA role

　　Consumer order management project experience is preferred.

　　Basic IT application architecture knowledge

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Understand agile methodology.

　　Retail industry experience, supply chain knowledge is a plus

　　Solid written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
