The selectedindividual will be responsible for the security administration,management, training and operations of the SCI and special access programs.As a security specialist, you are the primary interface between KratosProgram Management, Leadership and Government customers as it pertains toprogram management and compliance. The selected individual will reportdirectly to the Senior Security Manager and perform all tasks assigned tothem.Experience in Personnel SecurityExperience in Physical SecurityExperience in Industrial SecurityExperience with SCI/SAP complianceExperience working with IC and DoD customersExperience working with SC, DISS, and NISSDevelop and maintain Security Education, Training amd AwarenessConduct Indoctrinations, debriefs, annual refreshers and any as neededtrainingProcess Clearance upgrades, CSRs and crossover packagesMaintain access rosters and/or bindersMaintain safe accountabilityMaintain all security documentation IAW DoD and IC policiesProcess SCI and SAP Visit Access Requests (VARs)Assist with compliance checklists for accredited SCIFs and SAPFs.Process foreign contact reporting for SCI and SAP cleared employeesSubmission of SCI and SAP Nomination PackagesProvide administrative security support for the SCI/SAP teamsConducts pre and post-travel briefings and oversees foreign travel and contactreporting. For SAP reporting, obtain completed forms from foreigntravel/contact POC and send to the customerPrepares for inspections (conducts self-inspections)Maintains access management systemsEnsures adherence to any applicable laws as well as any SCI or SAP securitypolicies and requirementsCreates, updates, and maintains SOPs and coordinates approval withgovernment customersAssist in the development of Program Protection PlansCoordinates the visitor control process for SAP meetingsCoordinates initial access eligibility determinations and creates PARs or SCInominationsMaintain personnel security records for SCI/SAP personnel in each requireddatabase (DISS, JADE, SC)Develop/maintain facility accreditation paperwork IAW government policy andregulationKeyword: CPSO, SCI, SAP, Security, Personnel Security, PhysicalSecurity, 254, TSCO, COMSECRequired Experience:
