Title: Business Analyst

Job Description:
Capgemini is looking for Senior Business Analyst who will collaborate with various groups and customers to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. The BA will translate these requirements into functional specifications for technology teams and work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery. This role will also involve in identifying areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Documentation Working closely with business customers to understand and document technology related requirements ensuring clarity and completeness.Create detailed documentation including business requirement documents BRDs functional specifications and process flows.Risk and Control Assessment
Conduct risk assessments for technology solutions identifying potential risks and control gaps.Collaborate with risk management teams to develop and implement effective control measures to supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and recommending improvements as needed.Regulatory Compliance Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and standards related to technology and data security.Ensure that technology solutions align with regulatory requirements and assist in the development of compliance strategies.Multi-functional Collaboration Act as a liaison between technology teams and business customers fostering effective communication and understanding.Collaborate with internal audit compliance and legal teams to address risk and control issues.Quality Assurance and Testing Support the testing phase of technology solutions ensuring that they meet business requirements and align with established controls.Develop and implement test plans and participate in user acceptance testing as needed.Continuous Improvement Proactively find opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.Recommend and implement changes to enhance risk management and control frameworks.Training and Awareness Develop and deliver training programs to educate teams on risk and control standard methodologies.Develop a culture of risk awareness and compliance within the organization.
Preferred Skills
Certifications in risk management or business analysis e.g CRISC/ CBAP is a plus Experience with project management methodologies e g Agile Scrum Knowledge of relevant technology solutions and platforms
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Information Technology Business or Risk Management.Experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on technology.Good Understanding of risk management principles and control frameworks.Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards e g GDPR ISO 27001.Superb communication skills Analytical demeanor with the ability to assess complex systems and processes.
