About Capgemini Invent - Blue Yonder WMS Technical Architect

  Enterprise Architects define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems and Technology. They go beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change, which may also be supported and enabled by IT. Enterprise Architects define services from a business perspective, both with and without automation. They make an initial grouping of services in components, using principles based on objectives and constraints. They have deep business and industry expertise, are familiar with industry standards, and can work at the boardroom and senior management level.

  Qualifications

  experience with deep understanding of demand and supply planning capabilities including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, inventory management, S&OP. Production planning a plus.

  At least 7 years' experience in supply chain management, ideally for demand and supply implementationsDemonstrated ability to architect an end-to-end demand and supply planning solutionDeep understanding of demand and supply planning tools both from a configuration and process standpointExperience with multiple demand and supply planning implementations requiredDeep knowledge of systems integration points for demand and supply planning systems requiredExperience with multiple demand planning, supply planning, and sales & operations tools a plusBusiness background in a demand planning or supply planning role a plusBachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related field

  Soft Skills

  Excellent analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to architect an end state integrated solution to meet business and functional requirementsAbility to manage both business and IT client stakeholders, including managing to Director level and aboveAbility to lead a team, including multiple workstreams and both functional and technical tracksAbility to articulate and present different points of view to different audiencesAbility to communicate with both business and ITSuccessful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilitiesTime management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible and creative
