Business Analyst - Hybrid in Raleigh, NC
Description:

We are customer centric and are developing new innovative products that require an enthusiastic and dedicated teammate to help us realize our strategic initiatives. As a key member of scrum team you will have the opportunity to be on the ground level of a wide range of product development activities; from design and development of new products to evolving current products, to prototyping and testing, to working with a cross-functional team in order to drive an idea from concept to production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with stakeholders to identify and define product requirements and specifications.
• Develop and maintain a product backlog, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure product requirements are met.
• Communicate product vision, goals, and progress to stakeholders and team members.
• Work with Scrum Master to ensure Agile processes are followed and product is delivered on time and within budget.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product vision and is ready for implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and manage releases, setting clear goals and priorities for each release to meet business objectives.
• Work closely with the development team, providing clear and concise user stories, answering questions, and ensuring the team has a shared understanding of the product.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, helping the team select and commit to user stories for the upcoming Sprint.
• Define acceptance criteria for user stories and participate in user story review and acceptance testing, ensuring the delivered product meets the defined criteria.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and aligning development efforts with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may affect the successful delivery of the product.
