　　Job/Position Description:

　　This position is mainly responsible for the execution of instrument and DCS equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration and other tasks to maintain the availability and good performance of production equipment;

　　该岗位职责主要负责仪表仪表、DCS设备的巡检、维修维护、校准等任务的执行，以保持生产设备的可用性和良好性能状态；

　　Responsibilities岗位职责

　　1.Responsible for daily inspection of instrument and DCS , promptly solve any problems found, and report any problems that cannot be eliminated in a timely manner. 负责仪表、DCS设备的日常巡检工作任务的执行，发现问题及时解决，不能消除的问题及时反馈汇报。

　　2.Responsible for the maintenance, and calibration tasks of instrument equipment. 负责仪表设备的维修、保养及校准工作任务的执行，对维保和仪表校准质量负责

　　3.Proficiently master the maintenance skills of various instrument equipment ，and understand the characteristics and principle of the equipment in order to solve equipment failures. 熟练掌握各类仪表设备维修技能，了解仪表设备原理及特性，以解决设备故障。

　　4.Fill in instrument and DCS equipment inspection and maintenance records on time, and improve equipment archives. 负责按时填写检修和巡检记录，完善设备维修档案。

　　5.Follow corporate regulations and procedures strictly, Carry out corporate safety procedures and safety systems strictly. 严格遵守公司的各项规章制度，认真执行公司的安全程序和各项安全措施。

　　6.Understood HSE & Fire-fighting hazard with in his/her position and at workplace. To implement position safety responsibility strictly. To protect and use all kinds of safety equipment. To correctly wear and use PPEs correctly. 了解工作场所和本岗位职业卫生、安全、环保及消防等危害因素，严格落实岗位安全责任。正确配戴使用、保管各种劳保用品、器具和职业病防护设施。

　　7.To understand the emergency treatment measures, to strengthen the ability on accident prevention and emergency response. be aware of his/her rights and duties in safety production. 参加应急预案演练，增强事故预防和应急处理能力。知悉自身在职业卫生安全生产方面的权利和义务。

　　8.Develop and maintain equipment ledger and follow up the applying and data update. 设立设备台账并跟踪台账的应用和更新。

　　9.Assist in the management of spare parts, planning, reporting, receiving, and safekeeping of maintenance tools. 协助备品备件的管理，维修工具的计划提报、领用和保管工作。

　　10.Support maintenance MI and Reliability work of instrument equipment. 协助完成电气设备的完整性和可靠性工作。

　　To assist on equipment failure, emergency response and accident investigation if concerned.协助参与设备故障、应急处置和事故的调查、分析、处理 .

　　12.Actively participate in various meetings, training, and activities organized by the company and departments.

　　积极参加公司及部门组织的各项会议、培训及活动.

　　13.Seriously study the relevant skills and equipment knowledge of this position, and obtain relevant special operation qualification certificates

　　认真学习本岗位有关技能和设备知识，取得有关特种作业资格证书.

　　14.Carry out relevant 5S and TPM work. 做好相关的5S和TPM工作.

　　15.Be able to accept shifts. 能够接受倒班安排.

　　16.Complete all relevant matters arranged . 完成领导安排的各项事宜
