Admiral beverage is looking for a professional Business Administrator to join our team to Provide various types of analytical business and administrative support to ensure operational cohesion and effective collaboration between
multiple departments.
Job Description
Primary Location:
Albuquerque, New Mexico
Data entry into enterprise systems for locations including product pricing, recovery and rebates from suppliers, and maintains current product lists in system to ensure accuracy for location inventory. High attention to detail is required for data entry for product coding.
Collects, organizes, and analyzes data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that impact organizational performance. Combines data to provide accurate representation of current trends for corporate business use.
Develop and provide professional and effective materials for presentations including agendas, reports, and support resources for meetings when necessary.
Expertise with Microsoft Excel to analyze data and prepare reports on incentives, special projects, and strategic planning to provide support in organizational decision-making.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop accurate and timely reports for leadership teams.
Providing administrative support to executives and other team members.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced knowledge and experience in working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and pivot tables), and Power BI or other data visualization tools. Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and financial modeling.
RATE: Pay rate depending on experience
SCHEDULE: Day shift, Monday - Friday
