  Job Description:

  The Oracle National Security Realms (ONSR) is currently in need of a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our growing organization. The TPM will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs focused on improving operability and efficiencies for Oracle disconnected and restricted realm products. This role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems and the ability to jump into a broad array of technology domains (software development, physical infrastructure, data analytics), strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to deliver positive, business impacting outcomes.

  Responsibilities

  Duties will include:

  Collaborate across OCI Service teams and our restricted/sovereign realm operations teams to develop and deliver operability improvement solutions

  Develop and driver prioritization of programs, in conjunction with the Reliabililty, ONSR, and Restricted Realms leadership

  Coordinate the integration and operationalization of OCI workload reduction programs with ONSR Ops teams

  Serve as the program lead for large-scale, internal ONSR operability programs

  Provide technical leadership, but not line management of cross-functional teams

  Coordinate and lead weekly ONSR operations meetings and coordinate the remediation or projectization of actions items from that forum

  Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new programs that will lead to an enhanced customer experience, reduce toil on ONSR operators, or drive workload reductions for our restricted realm products

  Works with ONSR Operations leadership for annual roadmap planning, interim adjustments, and critical projects reporting

  Required Qualifications

  8+ years leading complex technical / engineering programs

  8+ years relevant work experience in program and project management

  Degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology

  Preferred Qualifications

  US Citizenship and possess active TS/SCI Security Clearance with the ability to obtain Poly required; active Poly preferred.Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products

  Experience working in the US Government cleared space

  A background as an engineer or project manager for IT/Cloud operations

  High ownership with a strong bias for action

  Ability to think broadly and strategically

  Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills

  Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment

  Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly

  Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels in the org

  Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling

  PMP or other industry Program Management certification

  Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only

  Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

  Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

  Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  11 paid holidays

  Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
