This work involves the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment. The work performed is of a general mechanical nature and may include assisting in such fields as masonry, carpentry, painting, plumbing, heating or electrical maintenance and repair. The work may also involve the operation of motor vehicles, snow plowing, or other machinery and equipment.
Job Qualifications
One year of full-time, paid experience at the journey level in one of the recognized skilled trades; or
Three-Four years of full-time paid experience in either general building construction or maintenance work in one or more of the standard building trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical; or
An equivalent combination of training and experience as described in 1 and 2
