　　Robert Half is looking to find a talented, efficient Budget Analyst to join an esteemed organization in the non-profit industry. The responsibilities of the Budget Analyst include the preparation and monitoring of the department's budgets. Based in the Baltimore, Maryland area, this company is offering a contract / temporary to hire opportunity that's sure to challenge as well as reward effort.

　　Responsibilities

　　Be a part of various department-wide initiatives

　　Play a role in the budget preparation process

　　Ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as needed

　　Budget Analysis

　　Commentate on a wide variety of financial data and communicate it in a useful and understandable manner

　　Requirements

　　Experience with Monitoring Expenditures

　　Variance Analysis

　　Advanced in Microsoft Excel

　　Budget Management and Budget Processes experience

　　3+ years of budget analysis experience
