　　Position Overview:

　　This position leads, develops and executes integrated copy/content plansand tactics that support the organization\'s business strategy andstrengthens the brand externally. The incumbent works with subjectmatter experts in all areas of Compeer Financial to identify desiredbusiness outcomes and implement complex marketing strategies to achievesuccess.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Leads the development and implementation of integrated content plansfor external audiences; and supports them through implementation.Primary tasks include writing copy, identifying goals andobjectives, developing key messages, outlining strategy and tacticsand setting evaluation methods.Initiates and leads cross-functional meetings to identify copy andcontent needs and opportunities, and solidify key messages, tacticsand timelines.Serves as a project manager to ensure copy and content initiativesare completed on time and as planned.Executes tactics including developing talking points; writing andrecording content for, newsletters, letters, articles, websites,social media, presentations, ad copy, radio and video scripts.Serves as a partner to senior level leadership to appropriatelyposition messages for external audiences; executes on initiativeswith a high degree of leadership visibility.Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

　　Bachelor\'s degree in communications, journalism, English, marketingor related field; or an equivalent combination of education andexperience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.Minimum of 7 years of communications, advertising, graphic design,marketing or other applicable experience. Experience in agricultureor finance industries beneficial.Ability to analyze issues and situations to recommend appropriatesolutions.Ability to convey complex information to various audience typesusing written and verbal communication skills.Advanced understanding of a wide range of complex concepts andtopics and get up to speed quickly when faced with new or unfamiliarsituations.Ability to influence and gain the support of others.Focus on solutions and positive outcomes.Generates new ideas and continual focus on improvement.Evaluates the best course of action and make decisions at theappropriate speed, and involve the appropriate stakeholders asneeded.Thorough knowledge of communication strategy, planning, tactics andbest practices. Interest in emerging communication trends andtechniques.Handles multiple projects at once and consistently meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within all levels ofthe organization; looks for common ground and builds cooperationeven in difficult circumstances.Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships withinternal and external partners.Works independently; self-starter.Proficient in MS office and Adobe Creative Suite.Valid driver\'s license.Who is Compeer Financial?
