We are currently seeking a BSA Analyst II to join our Compliance team. This role is an integral part of Emprise Bank’s Compliance department by supporting the BSA capability and process administration.

Essential functions of the role:
Investigate alerts from AML monitoring system and analyze activity as needed to determine if inquiries/investigations are warranted
Conduct research into accounts and document findings
Analyze new accounts and customer profile updates against OFAC lists and escalate potential matches to reviewer
Identify and mitigate potential risks against the Bank and assist in supporting BSA, AML, OFAC, and CIP
Inspect CTRs completed by branch personnel for accuracy and review daily currency reports to ensure CTRs have been completed for reportable transactions
Complete and file SARs ensuring proper documentation with related narrative
Maintain proficient knowledge of rules and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriotic Act, and OFAC
Assist with BSA, AML, OFAC, and CIP training presentations and exercises
Utilizes BSA knowledge and resources (manuals/regulations/trainings) to answer questions from within, and outside, BSA department
Supports special projects as needed
Other duties assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
Requirements
Associates/Bachelors degree preferred
3 years direct work experience in BSA risk area preferred.
Experience with SAR/CTR Filings with FinCEN preferred
Knowledge of financial products and services preferred
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Should be a self-starter and organized; able to work independently, without supervision; able to solve problems and offers solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
