　　About the Role:

　　Ownership of the D&O Commercial Portfolio in Latin America. Optimally being able to structure, negotiate and place D&O risk in the market.

　　Working with colleagues and clients on a variety of facultative reinsurance, financial lines, and speciality business

　　Provide advice to clients and colleagues on placement design, available coverage and capacity, likely pricing, potential coverage improvements and market progress.

　　Work on and provide support in crafting and delivering market presentations and broking strategy

　　Identifying appropriate channels for risk placement based on clients’ market security guidelines and other requirements, exerting influence on the market in order to secure the best deals

　　Negotiating terms and conditions of placement with the market

　　Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of required training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.

　　About you:

　　Validated technical competence of D&O and Financial Lines from client needs to the Reinsurance Market Have a strong background in broking/facultative reinsurance in Financial Lines

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Have strong industry networking skills and knowledge

　　Have excellent sales and marketing skills

　　Shown data analysis abilities

　　Speaks English and Portuguese or Spanish
