　　Event Description:

　　Bloomberg Academy in Sydney is an outstanding 4 day personal and professional development program for high potential female University students who are graduating from all studies between January 2024 and December 2025 and who are particularly interested in a career in Bloomberg and the financial markets. During the program, you’ll also have a chance to meet and hear from our recent Analytics and Sales Program graduates to learn about what we do here and how to apply for our graduate and internship opportunities.

　　You will be exposed to a wide array of topics, people and activities. We will cover everything from financial instruments to Bloomberg Terminal functionality, public speaking skills, and more! You will learn from some of the best in the industry and know how to apply this knowledge in a practical, fast-paced business environment. As you find out about our future graduate opportunities and internships, you will qualify for early interviews if you successfully complete the Bloomberg Academy.

　　Dates: April 2 – 5, 2024

　　Venue: Bloomberg Sydney Office (If you reside outside Sydney or live outside of commutable areas, we will provide flights or trains as well as accommodation for the duration of the program)

　　You will need to be available to join us in-person for the full duration to be considered

　　Get an overview of our summer internship and graduate programs and the respective application process

　　All attendees are guaranteed a future interview for Analytics & Sales 2024 Full Time Position or 2025 Summer Internship Position if they successfully complete the Bloomberg Academy.

　　You’ll need to be:

　　A female student graduating from all studies between January 2024 and December 2025

　　Legal authorization to work full time in Australia is required

　　Demonstrable interest in financial markets and the aspiration for a future career in Bloomberg ‘Analytics & Sales’ department or to work in the financial/fintech services industry

　　Ambition to pursue a client-facing career, with a strong interest in relationship management and sales

　　Ability to communicate effectively and articulate thought process clearly

　　Resilience to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic fast-paced environment

　　Students from all degree disciplines are welcome to apply
