Apply Now!Your OpportunityThe Branch Manager provides professional leadership in all aspects of Branch Management including but not limited to Market Development, Sales Execution, Operational Excellence and the Development and Training of Sales Representatives, Supervisors and General Workers.Core ResponsibilitiesPeople Development - direct staffing, training and performance evaluations. Establishes sales territories, quotas and goalsDirecting Market Development - develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate and branch goals. Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount ratesSales Execution - meets with key clients, assists sales representatives with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
