JOB REQUIREMENTS: Role and Responsibilities We will train a candidatewho will take responsibility for and run all aspects of anelectroplating production line. The candidate must be able to accuratelyfollow written procedures, adjust bath chemistry, and be able to inspectraw and finished product using a variety of inspection methods andequipment. An Electroplater will be responsible for: Sets. Starts, andshutdowns electroplating lines Works to achieve scheduling priorities onthe line Tracking of key metrics to constantly drive continuousimprovement Work to ensure safe practices and company policies andprocedures are being followed Work closely with production supervisorsto coordinate and schedule tasks/projects Work closely with supportsupervisors to coordinate and schedule tasks/projects Work to ensureongoing success of company maintenance plans and objectives Work toensure ongoing success of company housekeeping and organizationobjectives Reads and accurately interpret shop paper, provides feedbackon issues and changes Performs other assigned duties to achieve thegoals of the department and company Qualifications and EducationRequirements A successful candidate must be a team oriented person withgood communication skills.
