Boart Longyear’s Products Division is a leading provider of drilling equipment and performance tooling for mining and drilling companies globally. Our range of highly productive drill rigs and tooling is suited to a variety of applications including, mining, mineral exploration, energy and environmental sampling.
We are now seeking a Branch Coordinator who is Proactive, Passionate and Collaborative to join the Boart Longyear Products team, based in our Kalgoorlie warehouse. The Branch Coordinator manages and oversees the flow of the Branches products and services to customers.
Want to know a little more about the role? Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Serve walk-in customers, striving for a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle the processing of quotes and orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Proactively inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems and manage.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when required.
Co-ordinating delivery dates with customers and following up delivery status with freight providers.
Effectively booking and managing freight for accurate and on time delivery to customers.
Contribute to the effective functioning of the Branch by role modelling leadership skills.
Accurately manage the Branch Warehouse inventory, cycle counts and stocktake procedures.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Maintaining communication links between the Sales, Warehouse and Service Team.

Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of products.
Strong customer focus and passionate about best customer outcomes.
Ability to work autonomously and without supervision.
Strong Administration Skills.
Previous experience in managing a small branch or warehouse (Desirable).
Spare Parts Experience – Either Automotive or Heavy Industry (Desirable).
Previous experience in using Oracle (Desirable).
Open Manual Driver’s License.
Forklift Ticket.
Prepared to receive training in Product Refurbishment Duties.
