　　Manage manpower planning to ensure optimal operational execution and service delivery.

　　Drive bottom-up sales forecast and accuracy based on weekly and monthly reporting and analysis.

　　Responsible for optimal use of resources and cost control in relation to Boutique sales.

　　Coach and develop the Boutique team to deliver best in class customer service and sales performance.

　　Ensure compliance in safety, health and operational standards (according to global guideline) in the Boutique.

　　Constantly reviewing ways of improvement to maximize conversion of prospects into members and drive loyalty with distinctive customer experience in the Boutique.

　　ARE YOU A FIT?

　　Min. 5-7 years of experience in Retail Management.

　　Experience in team management and developing talent.

　　Experience in direct customer sales of premium products and services.

　　Proven track record of developing sales and strong customer relationships.

　　Good command of both written and spoken English.
