  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Proposal Support Specialist to join our team. This is a remote opportunity.

  Our Proposal Support Specialist is primarily an administrative role responsible for the coordination, preparation, management, and production of proposals and qualifications packages in support of Digital Transformation Division (DTD), within ManTech, growth goals, strategic initiatives, and service offerings.

  This position is a highly visible role within our DTD Proposal Center and works closely with our executive leadership, business development, and capture teams. Duties are performed within a team environment with a focus on quality and excellence. This position will report directly to DTD’s Director of Proposal Operations while also supporting DTD’s growth team and ManTech Enterprise by delivering quality services utilizing ManTech’s best practices.

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  Perform desktop publishing in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat to ensure proposal documents are formatted in accordance with solicitation requirements

  Responsible for writing, editing/proof-reading content for marketing materials, publications, project descriptions, resumes, project awards submittals, and social media updates

  Develop and maintain schedules for meeting Proposal Development deadlines while tracking progress toward completion

  Integrate and format proposal content from multiple authors or reviewers using tools such as Microsoft Office software and Adobe products to produce hard/soft copy versions for Gold Team and White Glove review

  Attend Meetings on behalf of the proposal managers and other PCOE initiatives

  Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Proposal teams to support business initiatives and the overall proposal development process, as assigned (i.e. Copyediting and Desktop Publishing)

  Prepare compliant Word templates (.dotx) based on solicitation requirements while adhering to standards for quality, format, and style

  Assist with ensuring final versions of documents are properly stored for final submission

  Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree coupled with 3+ years’ experience in one or more of the following: a) publication editing; b) desktop publishing; c) social media management; d) marketing/business development coordination; OR High School diploma coupled with 7+ years' experience in a) publication editing; b) desktop publishing; c) social media management; d) marketing/business development coordination

  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

  Self-starter with acute attention to detail and a positive attitude

  Team player with effective communication and critical thinking skills

  With proper communication, have the ability to work flexible or extended hours to meet surge requirements

  Security Requirements:

  US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearancePhysical Requirements:

  Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

  The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

  Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  The projected compensation range for this position is $59,400-$98,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
