　　Key responsibilities

　　Handle monthly accounting close

　　Provide cash flow projections, as needed

　　Maintain monthly accounting close

　　Ready monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Proficient in credit card management and reconciliation

　　Enter Accounts Payable

　　Manage sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

　　Look after general ledger

　　Regulate Accounts Receivable

　　Alternative special projects as requested

　　Iron out subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement Requirements - Significant accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

　　Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　Proven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills

　　Proven analytical skills - defining problems, collecting relevant data, drawing valid conclusions, and recommending improvement/corrective actions

　　Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines

　　Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must

　　Self-starter and strong ethical standards

　　Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus

　　Deep understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Proven knowledge of High-Volume Invoicing

　　Foundational knowledge in Tax Preparation

　　General familiarity with Quickbooks Online

　　Well-founded grasp of Quickbooks Online

　　Tax Preparer experience highly desired

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Basic Bookkeeping
