　　EMCOR Industrial Services, a division of EMCOR Group, Inc. is comprised of eight companies that support major industries through maintenance, construction, engineering, manufacturing, and fabrication services.

　　Job Title: Boilermaker

　　Job Summary: Our companies are currently looking for boilermakers to assist in the repair, retube, rebuild, and fabrication of shell and tube heat exchangers, as well as other equipment, used in the refining, petrochemical, and chemical processing industry.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Breakdown heat exchangers and related equipment

　　Perform mechanical repairs, including welding, sawing, and grinding

　　Assist with the line-up and assembly of tubesheets and baffles

　　Load tubes into baffle assemblies

　　Install test heads on bundles

　　Assist with hydro testing

　　Assist with loading and unloading of trucks transporting heat exchangers

　　Boltup and breakdown equipment

　　Operate powered industrial trucks and mechanical lift equipment, including overhead cranes

　　Operate various power tools, including portable grinder, roll motor, tugger, knocking gun, and impact gun

　　Read tape measure down to 1/16 of an inch

　　Assists in tool room and with tool record keeping

　　Maintain clean work area

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Ability to read and write in English

　　Basic computer skills

　　Ability to read and interpret drawings and measuring devices

　　Experience working in the trades or adjacent industries preferred

　　Working Environment and Physical Demands:

　　Exposed to hot and cold environments, noise, and dust

　　May be exposed to chemical and pinching hazards

　　Must be able to lift 50 pounds

　　Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time

　　Must be able to bend, push/pull, twist, stoop, squat, lift, and reach overhead
