Job Summary Blending and packaging of quality lubricants forautomotive and industrial uses. Essential Duties and Responsibilities \Blend various automotive lubricants and specialty liquids according toestablished recipes and procedures. \ Ability to effectively prioritizeworkload. \ Frequent communication with team members and management toplan daily workload and proactively communicate process status andissues. \ Continuous monitoring of the production process and maintainexceptional quality controls. \ Repackage product, as directed, frombulk containers to various packaging containers. \ Maintain detailedrecords relative to all blends and repacks. \ Maintain accurateinventory of blended products and materials. \ Responsible for cleaningand basic maintenance of equipment and work area \ Participate inloading and preparing products for shipping to our customers. \ Musthave a safety mindset and commit to wearing proper safety gear andoperate all equipment carefully and appropriately. \ Ensure equipmentis properly maintained and notify supervisor if repairs are necessary.\ Work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude. \ Otherduties, to be assigned as needed. \ Schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hoursminimum, plus overtime as needed. Skills & Qualifications \ High schooldiploma or GED certificate \ Previous experience with chemical blendingor industrial manufacturing preferred \ Able to perform at a high levelin a dynamic environment requiring a high degree of attention to detailand precision. \ Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. multipletimes a day. \ Knowledge of how to operate warehousing equipment suchas a forklift preferred. \ Attention to detail to ensure quality ofwork completed and safety of self and others. \ Ability to read andunderstand basic work order instructions and schedules. \ Good verbalcommunication skills Click Here to Apply
