Description We are offering a contract for a Billing Clerk position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role involves working onsite with occasional remote days, providing administrative support within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of customer credit applications using Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services

• Efficient management of computerized billing processes

• Utilization of EHR SYSTEM and Epic Software for administrative tasks

• Proficiently manage 'About Time' software for time-keeping and scheduling purposes

• Execute various accounting functions, maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts

• Answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries

• Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Must be well-versed in Computerized Billing

• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM is needed

• Knowledge of Epic Software is essential

• Prior experience with About Time is desirable

• Understanding and ability to perform Accounting Functions is required

• Must be skilled in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Ability to efficiently manage Answering Inbound Calls is a must
