Description We are looking to add a Billing Clerk to our team based in San Diego, California. This role is central to our operations, as it involves processing service work orders, managing customer communications, and handling document control. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately create and invoice service work orders and job cost projects

• Monitor contracts and progress billing

• Handle and coordinate service calls

• Manage customer and national account communications via email

• Control documentation of contracts, work orders, insurance certificates, preliminary notices, both in electronic and paper formats

• Assist with accounts receivables tasks including collections and processing of credit card payments

• Perform monthly billing to customers using electronic portals and manual documents

• Provide general support for customer inquiries and requests

• Carry out other duties as assigned, as part of the role. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with 'About Time' software

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with AIA Billing

• Exceptional Customer Service skills
