We are looking for a Social work staff member! This position is responsible for managing the operations of the Social Services department in order to ensure that Social Services are provided to the residents in accordance with the established state and federal regulations and Company policies and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job. Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families, and to work cooperatively with staff. Demonstrate skills in communication, documentation, assessment, and social work methods and techniques. Good problem solving and decision making skills Ability to balance day-to-day management priorities of people, projects and deadlines, and adhere to a budget. Must be capable of performing the Essential Job Functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Must meet all local health regulations. This requirement also includes criminal background investigation and reference inquiry PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS: LSW licensure in the state of MN and in good standing, preferred. Knowledge of State and Federal Guidelines. Long-Term Care experience preferred.
