Create 3D Models utilizing Revit and AutoCAD. Develop and model scopes as requested, including interior and exterior walls, ceiling and SOF fit framing, acoustical ceilings, specialty panels, raised access flooring, cleanroom walls and ceilings, Unistrut framing, no fly zones, and more using Revit and metal wood framer. Process shop drawings, incorporate comments, produce details, and lay out files. Create and maintain elements of the model aligned with instructions, guidelines, in-house standards, and the project's BIM standards for PCI'S scope. Actively monitor and streamline Revit models from projects and coordinate change management process to ensure internal and external stakeholders are aware of changes and impacts. Utilize Navisworks manage to run clash detection and identify potential issues. Telecommuting allowed 4 days/week in office.This position requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
