A company in the Manufacturing industry, has partnered with Robert Half to find an Accounting Clerk to support a department. The Accounting Clerk obligations will consist of matching invoices to purchase orders/ vouchers, data entry, and assisting with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). This is a short-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity based in the Fremont, Ohio area.

　　What you get to do every day

　　Overall accounting: help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects

　　Codify documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of accounting codes and expenditure codes

　　Requirements

　　Spreadsheet and ERP system experience suggested

　　Numeric data entry experience

　　Adeptness in Perform Data Entry

　　Data entry experience preferred

　　General familiarity with Microsoft Excel
