　　Description:

　　Our client is a Mechanical/MEP contractor working on a large construction project working on the Council Bluffs. They will be using BIM on a regular basis to draft and assemble design components, circulatory and printed circuit boards. They will be reviewing blue prints to determine customer requirements and consult the assembler regarding schematics. They will be consulting with engineers to discuss and interpret design concepts, and determine requirements of detailed work drawings.

　　drafter, designer, CAD, autoCAD, BIM, Revit,mechanical

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　1.5 years in Revit

　　3 years AutoCAD drafting/designing mechanical/electrical MEP industry

　　Degree preferred, but not required

　　1 year of MEP design
