　　If you possess the ability to think critically while providing research and administrative support, you might thrive in this Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal position. Robert Half has an immediate position as a Paralegal for candidates with a passion for the legal field. Based in the Phoenix, Arizona area, this position is a permanent role. Motivated candidates who exercise focus, good computer skills, and organizational qualities, will be preferred for this position.

　　Major responsibilities

　　Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy workload

　　Provide support to attorney through all phases

　　Data base management of all relevant documents

　　Research and analysis of complex legal documents

　　Requirements - Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

　　Prowess with word processing and spreadsheets highly sought after

　　5+ years of relevant experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Litigation ParaLegal

　　Expertise in Personal Injury Litigation

　　Deep understanding of Draft Pleadings

　　Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

　　Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
