  Job Description

  The Billings & Collections Analyst, reporting to the APAC Revenue & Billings manager, is responsible for ensuring that customers within APAC are invoiced in a timely manner according to their contract and in line with any country specific invoicing requirements, and the investigation, analysis, and resolution of collection problems, the collection of past due accounts and the preparation of collection reports.

  Responsibilities:

  Accurately raising invoices for customers in APAC.

  Ensuring all invoices are raised in a timely manner in accordance with customer contracts.

  Requesting customer purchase orders if needed for scheduled billings.

  Sending invoices to customers through their specific invoicing portals where required. (Ariba etc.)

  Ensuring compliance with local legal requirements in relation to content and format of invoices.

  Approving the billing of customer invoices in the Salesforce.com system, ready to be interfaced and invoiced through the billing system.

  Upload invoice in government E-Invoicing portal.

  Responding to all account invoice and receivable inquires.

  Proactively monitoring outstanding account receivables in accordance with the company’s collection process.

  Entering daily cash applications from previous unapplied items.

  Resolving issues regarding short payments, over payments, unapplied payments.

  Complete month-end Blackline reconciliation

  Responding to credit check, credit control and other customer enquiries.

  Assisting with document requests from external audit.

  Assisting with cash receipts forecast based on client collection activities.

  Perform other duties as required.

  Qualifications

  Attention to details.

  Experience of Revenue Recognition, AR, Collections and Credit Control.

  Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel at intermediate level.

  Experience of working in a multi-national company.

  Excellent time management and prioritization skills in order to meet deadlines.

  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  High levels of numeracy and IT literate.

  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team player.

  Ability to develop a strong relationship with internal/external stakeholders.

  Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  Highly motivated, energetic and committed to getting results.

  Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce.com and Blackline or similar is essential.
