　　As a Security Control Center Associate you are responsible for monitoring the safety and security of all client locations both local and worldwide. The Global Security Control Center (GSCC) operates a multifaceted communications center in a fast-paced environment operating 24/7. Security Control Center staff coordinates response to emergency and non-emergency incidents through various systems. Security Associates perform alarm monitoring, CCTV operations, and serve as dispatch officers. Control Center Associates perform essential functions in protecting assets, property, persons, and information; Associates are the foundation for communicating time-sensitive security related information. The Control Center operates 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

　　Qualifications/Skills Required:

　　Must be at least 18 years of age

　　High School Diploma/GED required. Associate degree preferred

　　Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.

　　Experience as law enforcement/military/public safety communications officer is highly desirable.

　　Proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently

　　Excellent communication skills required

　　1-2 years customer service experience

　　Basic computer skills required

　　Required availability for any shift, to include overtime (with or without notice), holidays, nights, weekends, and on-call response.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Performs communications operations and dispatches coordinated security response to daily activities and emergency situations.

　　Monitors and controls a bank of video surveillance screens to identify and respond to events.

　　Monitors alarm systems and responds appropriately.

　　Maintains a corporate telephone switchboard as needed.

　　Must always maintain a neat appearance, be punctual to work, able to interact with the public and provide information in a friendly and courteous manner.

　　Must develop and maintain knowledge of site-specific requirements.

　　Immediately reports any potentially unsafe working conditions.

　　Qualifications/Skills Required:
