About Billing Coordinator

  Job Description

  Insight Global is seeking a Billing & Collections Coordinator to join a top-ranked litigation law firm. This coordinator will partner closely with the other billing & collections coordinators and the e-billing team to support different practice groups within the firm. As a billing & collections coordinator, the individual is expected to have experience with elite 3E software and the ability to prepare multiple reports through the firm's billing system.

  Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  * Prepare & review invoices and perform override calculations based on the attorney's billing requirements.

  * Monitor client's unbilled fees and inform attorneys on all unbilled fees/costs.

  * Assist in the preparation or and reporting against client budgets.

  * Gather monthly, quarterly, and annual billing and rate information; prepare reports and statistical data when necessary.

  This is a full-time position and will be based in one of the following offices (Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis, Houston, or LA) 3 days a week, 2 days working remotely.

  Skills and Requirements

  * At least 3 years of billing and collections experience at a law firm

  * Experience utilizing 3E software and advanced excel spreadsheet

  * Team player with excellent oral and written skills, strong analytical skills, and critical thinking skills

  * Bachelor's Degree * E-billing experience null
