　　DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop efficient web applicationsParticipate in requirements analysis and estimation to advise team of best options to deliver solutions effectivelyAbility to read, understand, and improve existing codeWrite clean, scalable code using JavaScript and .NET programming languages in adherence with iPipeline development standards and security policiesUI design, development, and unit testing using iPipeline proprietary toolsCreate/maintain XML configuration filesSource control management using GITHUB for project setup and deployments.Understand the intent and priorities behind the changes to business requirements.Identify coding changes and corresponding constraint engine changes.Create and maintain technical design documents.Provide guidance to customers on critical technical decisionsConduct peer code reviews and evaluate risksReview application performance and optimizeTrain and mentor new hires and peersSupport of evening and/or weekend deployments may be required.
