TekSystems is hiring Bilingual (Spanish) CSR's for a local health insurance company in Indianapolis!
Candidates will be taking Inbound calls from Members. Candidates MUST be fluent in English AND or Spanish. They will be on the phones most of the day, with the majority of the calls coming from English-speaking members. When a member calls in who only speaks Spanish, this will be routed to the bilingual CSRs.
Members:
-Assisting by looking up what their insurance may or may not cover
-Issues with billing, requests for a new card
-If specific products will be covered by their insurance
-Updating address's in the system
-Locating doctors in the network for them
Shift:
Training is ONSITE from 8am-5pm for the first 4-6 weeks
Will be required to work 1 late shift (11-8pm) every 2 weeks after training once transitioned to remote
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
1+ year experience working in a Call Center environment
Bilingual in Spanish and English
High School Diploma
