We are seeking a talented and motivated bilingual Sales Manager to lead our local customer service and domestic sales team, while also exploring and expanding new sales opportunities in the Latin American market. Qualifications:

  bilingual Skills:

  Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with team members and clients in Latin America.Sales Experience:

  Proven track record in sales management.Leadership Skills:

  Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, driving them towards common goals.Strategic Thinker:

  Responsibilities

  Team Leadership:

  Manage and lead the local customer service and domestic sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

  Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive motivation and productivity.

  Sales Strategy:

  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

  Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in Latin America, working closely with the team to execute targeted sales plans.

  Market Analysis:

  Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and potential growth areas in the billiards cue and accessory industry.

  Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

  Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.

  Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  Travel Requirements:

  Engage in approximately 20% travel, both domestically and internationally.

  Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel to Latin American countries to explore and cultivate new sales opportunities.
