Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Manage and lead the local customer service and domestic sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive motivation and productivity.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in Latin America, working closely with the team to execute targeted sales plans.
Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and potential growth areas in the billiards cue and accessory industry.
Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Travel Requirements:
Engage in approximately 20% travel, both domestically and internationally.
Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel to Latin American countries to explore and cultivate new sales opportunities.
