　　What you will do:

　　The Bilingual Coordinator, Value Adds will be responsible for successful administration of Stryker's Value Add Programs. This position involves day-to-day administration of Stryker's Contracted Rebates and requires close interactions with customers, legal, finance, marketing, sales, and senior leadership teams. This individual works collaboratively with our third-party vendor, FORMA AI, as well as Malbek to ensure complete and accurate programming of rebates and will drive continuous improvement in within this process.

　　This is a great opportunity for someone who possesses an acute sense of urgency, attention to detail and strong analytical skills with a customer service orientation. This role provides a unique opportunity to work cross-divisionally and build relationships with both internal and external customers. Additional responsibilities include:

　　Act as the initial point of contact for value-add inquiries, including day to day management and monitoring of the shared email inbox.Monitor and manage contractual obligations, such as rebate payments, program funding payments, Stryker Dollar approvals, etc.Actively participant in update/issue meetings with FORMA AIDevelop a strong understanding of FORMA and performs administrative duties to ensure accuracy and completeness of value adds.Utilize resourcefulness and critical thinking skills to research and resolve inquiries and employ excellent time management and organizational skills to follow up with on outstanding issues within expected timelines.Facilitate the timely payment of contractual value adds, include new vendor set ups, payment approvals, payment tracking and customer reporting.Engage in continuous improvement reviews, and provides recommendations, solutions, supports ideas and initiatives.

　　Relevant experience in the medical devices industryOracle ERP and Cognos skills3-5 years' experience with contracts, pricing and/or value adds
