　　Assists the HR Manager with leave management (FMLA,ADP,WC, etc.), personnel records, and employee relations.

　　Assist in recruiting for all presonell. Recruiting responsibilities include creating job ads, reference checks, writing offer letters, and conducting new hire orientations.

　　Sits on the safety commitee.

　　Administers procedures and plans for all employees.

　　Assists in processing payroll.

　　In charge of benefits administration to include claims, change reporting, and presenting benefits to employees.

　　Must be SHRM certified or PHR certified

　　Must be fluent in spanish
