Description Robert Half is actively in need of a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users in a growing company in the Wholesale Distribution industry. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Because this Help Desk Analyst role is very visible within the company, you will have a number of opportunities to make a positive impact on the department and the broader organization. Located in Miami, Florida, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term contract / temporary to hire role.

　　Major responsibilities

　　Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally

　　Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems

　　Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

　　Solve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements - Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

　　Computer Hardware experience preferred

　　Knowledge of Basic Troubleshooting

　　Proven knowledge of Peripheral Equipment

　　Strong familiarity with Deploying

　　Solid understanding of Technical Support

　　Desktop Hardware experience

　　Firm grasp of basic networking concepts

　　Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

　　Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
