　　Key responsibilities

　　Conduct and manage the general ledger

　　Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

　　Support quality archived records by filing documents

　　Appease accounts by balancing entries

　　Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

　　Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures Requirements - Accounts Payable experience required

　　Proficiency in Invoice

　　Financial reporting experience desired

　　Vendor Management experience highly desired

　　Foundational knowledge in billing

　　Previous experience as a bookkeeper preferred

　　Experience using accounting software

　　Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration preferred
