The base salary range for this role is $50,000 per year - $60,000 peryear, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Thisrole is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming and an equity award.

Fanatics Sportsbook is on the lookout for experienced agents to join ourConversion team, a key component of our VIP team dedicated to elevating thecustomer experience. In this role, you will actively engage with ourpotential VIP customers, offering them bespoke promotions tailored to theirinterests and enhancing their overall experience with Fanatics Sportsbook. Asan outbound sales agent on the conversion team, you will not only be at theforefront of identifying potential VIP customers but also play a pivotal rolein their onboarding process, thereby contributing significantly to customerretention and loyalty. Reporting to the VIP Service team leadership, you areexpected to embody the best-in-class standards of our customer outreach andensure they receive the top-tier service synonymous with the FanaticsSportsbooResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for feedback on their product experience andinsights into their preferences and behavior.Identify and leverage opportunities to maximize share of wallet byunderstanding customers' interactions with competitors.Build promotional packages from templates live on calls to create bespokeoffers that appeal to each customer you speak to actively promote the benefitsand rewards of the VIP program and guide potential VIP customers towardengagement with VIP Account Managers.Where relevant, feed customers into a VIP contact path where they can engagedirectly with VIP account managers and be onboarded into the VIP programWork to targets for customer contacts and conversion.Utilize CRM tools to manage and document customer interactions effectively.Achieve and exceed targets for customer contact, conversion, andretention.Skills and Qua ifications1-3 years of professional experience in customer service or sales with asales-focused mindset.At least 3 months of experience within the gaming industry is required.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and exceeding expectations.Willingness to work non-traditional business hours as required.Adaptability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and rapidly evolvingenvironment.A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.Legal residence in a state where online sports betting is legalized.Licensure: Must be able to pass required licensing as mandated by variousstate racing and gaming regulatory bodies.
