Job Description

　　An Insight Global client in the Financial Services industry is looking for Data Engineers to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ 85054 or New York, NY 10285. The client is looking for a Data Engineer who has experience in building data pipelines, as well as experience managing, transforming, and organizing big data. This role will also require hands-on experience with GCP product offerings and Google's big data technologies. Responsibilities will center around the current challenges in the client's business:

　　Scale of Data: every customer and transaction are eligible for AntiMoney Laundering investigations

　　Breadth of Product and Jurisdiction: money Laundering is a global issue, with local regulation

　　Technology Fragmentation: existing processes are split over many platforms

　　** The client is going to build a new Financial Crimes Platform to bring these things together in a faster, modern system.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer

　　Experience working with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) product offerings

　　Experience with Google's big data technologies

　　Ex: Cloud Storage, BigQuery (data warehouse), BigTable (NoSQL database), Dataflow (data analytics service), etc.

　　Experience with Big Data processing platforms in a cloud environment (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)

　　Experience leading and/or mentoring other team members Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

　　Any previous experience within the Financial Services industry

　　Experience providing data for Machine Learning models

　　Experience implementing query in a data lake (ETL Process - extract, transform, load) null
