Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Phlebotomy Supervisor to join the team at one of the largest health care organizations on Long Island. In this role, the successful candidate will assume a position within the laboratory team. The position is accountable for planning, directing, and controlling all phases of laboratory phlebotomy operations throughout the hospital, to effectively contribute to the hospitals mission and vision. Supervised all activities related to the proper functioning of the Customer Service and Patient Service Centers including all components of the workflow processes, staffing levels regulatory compliance, and when appropriate, supplies, financial management, schedules, and personnel management.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　6+ years phlebotomy experience

　　 3+ years experience in a supervisor role

　　 Phlebotomy Certification by a technical training program

　　 Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

　　 Associate or Bachelors Degree null
