WHAT YOU'LL DO

　　We are seeking exceptional candidates to fill a Senior Product Finance position in BCG X to support our fast growing global business model. Within this role, you will support the finance and business teams in Global X. As a member of the BCG X Finance team, you will have an opportunity to shape our processes, procedures, and system tools as we continue to grow. You will need to operate at both a strategic and tactical level to gather financial data and meet critical deadline. You will have an opportunity to offer valuable insights to influence decision-making and build trust and accountability.

　　What you'll do:

　　Budgeting and Forecasting:

　　End-to-end responsibility of product financial management including case-code set up, budget management, attribute mapping, and coordination with cross functional teams.

　　Track actual cost on the product case code in line with approved budgets and ensure tight controllership.

　　Be single point of contact for leadership of any query relating to improved investment budget.

　　Develop and maintain KPI metrics to enable clear accountability and success within the product portfolio.

　　Financial Analysis, Reporting:

　　Collaborate with Business Intelligence & Analytics team to create innovative ways to report on data.

　　Build and develop data queries to extract insights from existing data base, apply data skills to identify trends in product/metrics, and discover opportunities to improve product health.

　　Participate in ad-hoc analysis to help drive strategic business decisions including right investments/acquisitions/ and new product updates.

　　Create executive level presentations enabling decision-making.

　　Implement Data Quality monitoring controls and procedures aligns with the BI&A team.

　　Develop and maintain complex financial models to deliver consistent, accurate, and insightful analyses of product performance.

　　Product Governance:

　　Design, document and implement finance data flows for end-to-end support of the product governance cycle.

　　Own product governance adherence and compliance.

　　YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

　　Bachelor, Graduate with 4+years of relevant experience

　　Must have worked extensively on Excel, Power Point, Words.

　　Knowledge in BIR, Alteryx, or Tableau will be an added advantage.
